I have worked as a vendor with Yellowstone on many major projects, both businesses and residential. Their staff, particularly the Senior Account Manager Kevin Reed, has always been quick to answer emails and address my concerns. Kevin has gone above and beyond expectations with anticipating issues and working to quickly resolve new ones as they arise. He truly is delivering the Yellowstone promise of Excellence in Commercial Landscaping.

Have no choice in who cuts my yard due to being in an HOA and they chose them, but every time it is something different with them. I’m in a townhome and have a super small yard yet somehow every time they come to cut/weed eat/edge the yard they do something to make it quicker for them. Last time it was not weed eating anything and half the grass was a different height due to them missing spots. This time, not only did they weed eat and get grass all over the house, fence, etc, but they also did not even blow off the yard or patio! Ridiculous that if they are paid to do a yard that if done right takes maybe 15 min, they can’t even take the time or care to do it right. What’s the point of being paid if you’re not going to do the job right?

This company managed our property (at White Gables in Summerville) and constantly took shortcuts such as skipping weedeating/trimming when mowing the lawn.
They neglected flowerbeds resulting in dead plants in flowerbeds throughout the neighborhood. They neglected emptying trash cans and dog poo cans leaving a smelly mess for residents.
The icing on the cake was that they completely neglected their duties on the last month of their contract as retaliation for losing the contract with White Gables see full picture below.

One of there main climbers told me how he robbed people at gun point when he was in his early 20s. He said he's 29 now. He also has a brother and a cousin there working together. They told me they were in on it together. To be honest I couldn't believe they were telling me this stuff and laughing like it was a joke. There is also a man named George there who is very unprofessional. He knows nothing about tree work. The landscaping side of the company is fine. I will say if George ever tries to bid a job for you at your house just watch out cause he has never done tree work in his life and he will try to scam you

**I would like to edit my review as we received payment for our incorrect charge. The original check finally made it to us a month later & it was postmarked August 23rd. They put a stop payment so we could not cash since we all assumed it was lost. They sent a new one two day UPS and arrived with no issues. I appreciate the communication and attentiveness at the end too bad it was not for the entire duration.
Please do yourself a favor and try to find another company for your landscaping needs.
Unfortunately our Company had a terrible experience as we wrapped up our 12 month contract. We were not renewing our business contract as we were moving to a smaller scale landscaping service. We provided at the beginning of May 2023 a written notice to cease all landscaping services on June 30th, 23. July 17th I sent an email to Bryan letting him and his team know that I see a pending charge of $350 coming through in our account. The charge did indeed hit our account. Zero response and so I followed up again with a call and email to the local office. Bryan's response was flippant and he said oh the charge is a standing billing invoice. Which was just weird and not right since we cancelled our service. We should not be charged. He said I should contact Jessica in Accts Receivable who was in their Fl office. Strange but I did as he requested. Now it is Aug 4th and I receive a response from Jessica via email. She apologies for missing my call as she was traveling however she will have AP send out a check when they cut checks next week. Aug 17th--I follow back up as I returned from vacation--no check. Aug 23rd I follow back up as I have not heard a word from Jessica. Hooray I receive a response from Jessica and she says "I see check 15624 for $350.00 cut to you."
Best news and a response finally. I feel like we are back on track. Well I was mistaken as it is now Sept 15th and we have not seen a check mailed to either the restaurant and or our corporate office. I shared all of this information for the billing address. Unfortunately radio silence again as I have not received a phone call back or email response.
We have contacted the Better Business Bureau as this is not the proper way to run a business. I hope things can turn around for them and they decide to pay us back. Now I understand USPS has a lot on their plate right now and mail can be slow BUT this is ridiculous that I have to follow back up and then do not hear a thing.
