The staff at Restore Hyper Wellness are attentive and always go above and beyond to ensure they are doing their best everyday. My first visit, Haley Pinkstaff, listened to what exactly I was looking for and in need of. She showed me around and made me feel like I was someone special. I didn’t feel rushed or like they were too busy to listen and come up with a wellness treatment plan. Then Kelly Baker, NP, spoke with me and was very thorough before I started any sessions. This is by far the BEST PLACE THAT I’VE RECEIVED SUCH CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The below services have helped me, just like Haley and Kelly told me! My husband can even tell a difference in how my mind is functioning better. The Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Red Light Therapy, Vitamin Shots and Concentrated Cryotherapy on my lower back. I’m ecstatic about my upcoming appointment for my Hydrafacial. Best part about it…it’s free because I joined as a member and this is a Thank You gift for joining. It’s valued around $350!
Wow, I tried cryotherapy for the first time here, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose this location! I was so nervous about stepping into a capsule at an unreal -166F (my body gets cold even thinking about it), but I did it to help with inflammation—and it was absolutely worth it. Plus, I learned it can support weight loss, which is a nice bonus since I am on the diet. Jane, who guided me through the process, was amazing. She made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in and helped calm my nerves. She even took a video of me in the cryotherapy capsule without me having to ask, which was such a thoughtful move. Their robes for changing are super cozy, and they offer a hat to protect your ears, but I loved bringing my own earmuffs—it made the experience even better. They also started me with a beginner-friendly 2-minute session, which you can increase as you progress. I loved the effect of cryo so much! It’s like natural high. You get so excited after but in those 2 minutes inside, it’s cery cold and 2 things I recommend: 1. Focus on music, dance and move your body to shift the focus from feeling cold to feeling safe. 2. Use box breathing to navigate your nervous system that it’s just a temporarily cold and the body will be okay. My body temperature almost dropped 30 degrees which is an indicator of a good session. I used ClassPass for this visit, but I’m seriously considering a membership to try their red light therapy and infrared sauna after my cryotherapy sessions. Overall, I loved the experience—10/10! Highly recommend, and I’m planning to visit at least once a month with ClassPass!
I went to Restore for the first time this morning for the Metabolic test and a cryotherapy session. The manger Hallie was funny and very thorough explaining the process to me and she made it easy to understand. The metabolic part was really relaxing and I’m looking forward to getting my results. I’ve wanted to try cryotherapy for a while as I love ice baths and it lived up to my expectations. You even get to jam out to your favorite song while you’re freezing. Can’t wait to go back for my follow up sessions!!
Hallie has a comfortable, well run set up in Mt Pleasant. I like that they have a shower for the infrared sauna and all the other Restore amenities. The staff is knowledgeable and fun to work with.
I use the Infrared sauna which is excellent. They keep it very clean and have several amenities like lots of towels, good shampoo in the shower and cold water in a mini fridge. They have lots of other offerings like cryotherapy, IV drips, and immunity shots, of which I’ve tried all. Even the red light therapy is good for your health. I highly recommend. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable also.
