Kristina and Ralph were amazing and the atmosphere is awesome and comforting. Was a great way the chill and get a pep in my step! I have very small rolling veins and i usually have bad experiences with nurses getting in my veins, but Ralph nailed it the first time!!! Awesome experience. Treat yourself!!!

The Drip lounge exceeded all expectations. Kristina was great and insured we had everything we needed while we got to relax. You can literally feel the difference after the drip! Thanks so much for great experience! Definitely will be back soon!

I wish I found this place last year. Just what I needed. The place is super clean tidy and comfortable. Water snacks and warm blanket. The staff and nurses are absolutely outstanding. My nurse explain everything for me before I sign up as member “four timers” and I come every week. I feel way better, my mood, my sleeping hours absolutely improved. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On a whim my friend and I stumbled upon The Drip Lounge in Charleston. We are flight attendants so we stay dehydrate and after a night out on King Street we had reached a low. While out exploring for food we happened to stumble upon The Drip Lounge. Upon entering the beautiful lounge we were greeted by the warm presence of Kristina and Katie. They were extremely personable, informative and professional! We opted for the “Game Changer.” It is packed with 18 essential vitamins and 6 essential amino acids. We left feeling a boost in our energy levels, stamina and reduction in inflammation. We can not wait to come back! Thank you all so much! 10/10

*In response to your response,
People who do not like minorities can certainly tell by speaking to someone on the phone what race they are, because you are looking for indications of it. You listen for how they pronounce words differently from the way you would. Racist people are passionate about their racism and you incorporate it in every aspect of your life because that's all you know. You are driven by the need to insert those personal feelings and actions in everything you do from only servicing certain clients to the refusal of others. That's what people like you, and your staff represent. So you can try to come off as inclusive and professional now, but the truth has already been revealed.
The statement of me being aggressive is %100 false and you won't belittle my character by attempting to justify your discriminatory actions at my expense.

Not worth the trouble. Doesn't accept minorities. So if you don't look like their staff, you will not be seen!
They sent me an appointment notification AFTER the appointment started. Of course I wasn't aware so I missed it and tried to reschedule. I informed I would like to still come in so as a potential new client, can that $50 go towards my first consultation and I be provided SUFFICIENT notice this time?
I was told, that when I called in for information days ago, and was told their next availability, was informed they would be sending over a form to sign and then follow up with me for next steps. Well apparently, that was an official appointment scheduled!! So as a reasonable potential client, I am thinking hey, $50 isn't worth loosing months to years worth of business plus referrals right?.. WRONG! They decide they don't want the business at all. Said I was "aggressive" in the texts. How can I be aggressive in texts when I am simply asking for the money to go towards a future appointment? Why is it that when an African American has questions "we're aggressive" & threatening, but if someone of a different race asks questions, they are welcomed with helpful answers, and more information to resolve any concerns??...Apparently I am expected to have money stolen from me and should I so much ask for a reasonable option to reschedule, I am now "aggressive"... huh??? :(
No these people just do not want minorities in their business. So if you also don't like minorities, than you'll love it here! Just look at the photos, not one minority staff or client in sight! This is just one of those racist business that doesn't want African Americans in their establishment. This is the South so it's not unheard of and is actually a common occurrence :( Finding a place who will accept your money because you have the nerve to want their services and be a different race! How dare I!!
So because I have been banned for whatever the reason, yes!.. They banned me too. I have never been banned from a place I've never been to or any place for that matter! I'll never know know if these 5 stars reviews rang true. However, I will not apologize for the skin I was born into. That's a personal issue that others need to take up with themselves. I was just trying to look into some health and wellness services but these people have made it into a nightmare. One day, they are going to discriminate against the wrong person and have to answer for their wrongs. Legally. So be careful who you refuse service to. Could just be my lawyer some day ;) Until then, I will take my business where I am welcomed. Since I am "aggressive", threating and so big and scary via texts. Inquiring about a new appointment and credit towards future services must be really really traumatic for their staff! Poor things!
