I recently moved to to Charleston from out of state and had to get some auto insurance fast because policy was expiring soon. I wanted a firm that had the personal touch as I had been with my previous agent for 20 years and she took great care of me and several members of my family. I did some online research requested a couple of quotes but it didn't feel right. I also called another large mega firm that took 2 days to return my call and they were not very helpful. I then called Dunes insurance at 7 AM requesting a return call for quote as I knew I had a very busy day lined up and would forget to call them during normal business hours. To my amazement I had a call back at 7:45 from Matt who gathered my information quickly and worked up a quote by 8:00 from his home. He knew exactly what I was looking for and the best way to get it. I was truly impressed with his knowledge and efficiencies to help me with my auto insurance needs. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Dunes.
