HYLO has really been such an important part of my fitness journey. Gess, Celia, and Reagan specifically have really challenged me and pushed me to limits I could’ve never imagined my body could go to. This place has brought me so much motivation and has really helped me become in tune with myself. I have never felt better and more comfortable in my body. Thank you so much HYLO!
I have been a member at HYLO Fitness for almost two years and attend classes at least 5 days a week. I love how no workout class is ever the same and they offer many different classes to choose from. My favorite class to attend is PULSE which is heated to 90 degrees and a barre-inspired class. I love moving to the beat of the music and getting to have so many great instructors. Many of them even read inspiring quotes/messages before the class, which I absolutely love. Also, the cold lavender towel at the end of every class is AMAZING! Thank you HYLO for being a providing such an awesome fitness community.
I love HYLO! The mix of high intensity to lo impact really make them stand out from other group fitness facilities. They have great coaches/staff that are very welcoming. The coaches make a point to get to know you which I think is important. They also each have a different flavor of playlist choices which makes it fun.
Did my first class at the west ashley location and had a blast! Caroline was my coach and she was fantastic! She kept everything so upbeat! It was a lower body class which is definitely not my favorite but she made it enjoyable! Would recommend!!!
Absolutely amazing experience this morning in the CORE class with Sierrah! Whenever I’m in town, I’ll be booking. The location was beautiful, clean and extremely welcoming.
