Great alley and nice staff! It’s feel clean, prices are super reasonable and the kitchen/bar is great. Heads up that most weeknights are league nights but weekends are usually pretty easy to get in.

Families or those with kids, be aware that this bowling alley has an arbitrary “rule” that once a kid is as tall as the counter, they are no longer allowed to use the bumpers. No exceptions. It doesn’t matter if they’ve never bowled before in their lives or are tall for their age. Unfortunately, that makes it very difficult to teach a young kid how to bowl, instill a love of the game, and just give them an enjoyable experience. As a result, my daughter and I will not be returning. I’d strongly encourage management to reconsider this arbitrary rule and let people decide what their kids are capable of and decide for themselves regarding their use of the bumpers.

Terrible customer service. Racist vibes, dirty building inside and out. Green bugs everywhere. Host is rude, as is the rest of the employees. Only gv one star because I had to put something. I'd give negative stars if I could. Terrible Terrible vibes. The man literally said "eh close that door behind you" like we were belle men or door men. There an automatic door that doesn't work apparently and then a swing door. How are we supposed to know both your doors are broken. RUDE NEGATIVE VIBES!!!

The time was 11:27 when me and my spouse game was over went to their desk and ask for another game and was told their are shutting down the drawer!! We just got here and finished a game in 10 mins so why can’t we start a new game? I wouldn’t recommend Ashley lanes to no one service sucks. I’ll go to Stars and Stripes next time where you are appreciated .

I came here to the pro shop to have my strike ball drilled and the gentleman, Mr. June, was a tremendous help in getting this task done. He first had me bowling with my present ball to see my movement and technique. I am a straight bowler but am learning now to throw a hook ball. We then went to his shop and he went thru all the tasks for setting up my ball for hooking. June explained every step along the way and took great pains to ensure he got the holes just the way I needed. He then took me back to the lane to test throw the ball and gave me valuable pointers tailored to my style for throwing hooks. He also had me throw his own personal ball for comparison purposes. He also asked me to contact him if I ever needed any help in the future. So very nice to have someone like June to cross my path. I did forgive him for being a GB Packer fan and he accepted it graciously, lol. I can't recommend Mr. June enough for having your ball drilled or any other issues you might have!!
