This company was very responsive and addressed inquiry for service within 24hrs. There was a minor miscommunication of services needed. However, they used it as an opportunity to show great customer support and a high level of professionalism. The workmanship is high quality. I am so grateful to Joseph & Pat Murphy Electric! I had an outlet catch fire and had to turn power off to my house….in this heat! Within an hour Joseph was here and beautifully installed a new outlet, identified the right breaker and got my power back on! I highly recommend Joseph and Pat Murphy Electric.
Josh, Joseph, and John were excellent for our EV charger install. Originally we had a much bigger job planned but they were upfront and honest about other options and we elected to reschedule portions. We will definitely go back to them for this work. From start to finish, all the staff were excellent and worked hard to accommodate our schedules and the work was perfect with extremely minimal mess and no holes in the walls, which was much more work for them but a huge bonus for us. Would recommend 10/10.
I contacted Pat Murphy Electric to troubleshoot a breaker issue at my home. The appointment was quickly scheduled and their pricing structure explained to me up front. Joseph provided a courtesy notification regarding his arrival and arrived on time (actually a few minutes early!). He efficiently and effectively identified the issue and thoroughly explained/showed me his findings and necessary corrective actions before initiating the repair. Joseph communicated very well and was polite and courteous throughout. I’m extremely happy with the service that Pat Murphy Electric provided and will definitely use them for any future electrical needs.
