Having had BBQ all over the country I was doubt this place would live up to the hype.
However , it was recommended by a local (which isn't always on point) but it also had good ratings.
The parking was a pain as it is a popular place with limited parking. I parked a block away and made the walk.
I must say I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The brisket well cooked, ribs a little on the dry side but still good and well seasoned. The hot guts was good. The sides , I especially liked the tallow fries potatoes. Very tasty and good texture. The collards was well cooked, not too soft , good texture and well seasoned.
Best option to try things is to buy it by the pound. This way you can sample as much and variety is you like.
Portions were good and prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly, the place was well laid out and kept clean.
Good BBQ spot. It is the Best BBQ I have had outside of Texas.

We wanted to come to this BBQ place after reading so many amazing reviews. We got to the restaurant and there was a long line but willing to wait. Make sure you aren't starving because you will wait at least good 25 mins. Not sure why the line was taking so long if there were 3 cutting the meats and serving them. Best decision for BBQ! The ribs were extremely delicious, fall off the bone tender! We don't like really strong flavors and these were definitely not strong overpowering but absolutely delicious. The pulled pork did not have a whole lot of vinegar either. The turkey breast was incredibly moist and the pickled vegetables were perfect. Would go back any day, any time. Had a QR code for all the allergies, chose some Gluten Free sides.

Was in the area and had a hankering for some brisket. This place did not disappoint as all aspects of my visit were outstanding! Especially the tasty brisket.
Great range of beers which complement the wide range of delicious Texas BBQ options.
Venue was noisy as it was busy but managed to find a seat. There is outdoor seating too but due to the wet weather decided to stay indoors.

This place is great!
The brisket was tasty and cooked very good!
Price was good for two people.
We eat great.
But take in consideration that this place is cloudy and lines might take you around +30min so if you are starving this may be an issue!

Friends highly recommended this place for our Southern barbecue during our vacation. And they did not disappoint! We enjoyed potato salad, Mac and cheese, ribs, brisket, pickled onions and pickles, along with drinks including a frozen mule. It was so neat to see the slicers cut the meat right in front of us. It was great food and a fun experience! Only disappointment was their special - beef ribs - were out and it was still early.
