Great Service from Hero Heating and Air. We originally used them to redo our ductwork in our HVAC closet since it was done improperly by another company use actually placed the new unit. We joined the service club at that point because we’d be silly not to AND it comes with the maintenance calls (I suggest you get that program) Today was our first service appointment and Dalton was fantastic - on time, super thorough and seemed like an overall, really good dude. Appreciate the wonderful service we have received from Hero, this far. Quick update. Just got an email with pics tied to my completion invoice. Amazing addition to actually see how the system looks and have it documented.
Matt and Drew came to install our replacement HVAC System. I was notified that they would be coming in 20 minutes and they arrived within a few minutes of that. Very friendly and professional, set up carpet protectors and cleaned up when they were done. They worked hard and got the job done after about 8 hours. Good people to work with and pleased with the final product. The outside unit is very much quieter compared to the old one which is something I did not expect! The old system was in worse shape than I thought it would be. The new system looks great! Super happy.
I have used them for few years, and they are just great. They are professional, courteous, and patient. Gavin was super helpful in confirming Will’s opinion that the system had some issues. Gavin was really thorough and was not trying to sell me anything - just help me make a good decision. Then, Matt and Drew just completed installing our second system (they did the first a year ago) and both times they were just great. I am a bit hard to please and I am really happy with Hero. My technician, Justin S. was wonderful! He fixed the problem quickly and professionally and explained what he was doing in a way I could understand. I was sent a text message to let me know he was on the way which was super helpful! I highly recommend him and Hero!
Dalton & Logan were quick and efficient in servicing our units. We have three 3 different brands and they were knowledgeable in all three. Great job! I plan on using them again next year!
