I have to share my deep appreciation for the wonderful service I received from Olde Towne Heating and Air!!! They are amazing and committed to servicing their customers with the utmost respect. Cody, our tech that serviced our unit was phenomenal. Diagnosed the issue and had a new fan motor installed in a very timely manner and also worked in the pouring rain to get the job done!! I have been very impressed by this company’s performance! Also, a very special thank you for their dispatcher Angie for acting so quickly with finding the resolution to a desperate issue in 100 degree weather! Olde Towne did amazing job all the way around. Thank you! I highly recommend them!

Have been patiently waiting since June for resolution of an inadequate service charge. This company is non responsive and not reliable. Do not purchase a preventive maintenance service package from them. My system is still not operational.

Olde Towne installed my HVAC in a new home built/bought in 2022. Had a quirky issue in 2023. They were very responsive & helpful in resolving the issue. All good! Would highly recommend! Thank you Olde Towne customer service & field service!

I have been using Olde Town Heat/Air for years. When we moved, we made sure to have them come out and look at everything with the HVAC at our new house. Brianna was very nice and diligent in working with our hectic schedule and made sure to remind us about our appointment. Curtis the tech was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain some things to me with our system. I highly recommend OTHA for their customer service and technicians.
