Kurt was exceptional in the service he provided. We had a broken fan motor and was without AC for nearly two weeks without air in August while 2 other companies couldn't locate the part (which was also under warranty) but Call Dad with the help of Kurt who also came back and put it in- and within 3 days of their first call to us- made it happen. Call Dad will be our new servicing company. Great customer service as well keeping you informed every step of the way- and returning your calls!

We are very pleased with our service! We called the day of with an issue and Kurt was at our house within a couple of hours! Kurt was very nice and professional! We now know we are in good hands if we have issues in the future!!
Our air conditioning has been giving us issues for weeks. We called a competitor and they told us we need a full duct cleaning and it would cost us $1100. The other operator never came into the house, never asked what the issues were, spent five hours with our door open and $1100 later we had clean ducts (I don't know that they ever needed cleaning) but we still had the same issues. We called Call Dad yesterday and they said they would send out someone. Kam was the person they sent, he asked, pertinent questions, he got got up into our attic, he deduced what the issue might be, and he provided a solution. In two hours, our air conditioner was working again because Kam took the time to appreciate what our issue was. It was $200 coolant; something the other operator might have realized had they taken the time to fully understand the situation. I will be recommending Call Dad to any who have issues with their HVAC. We are in their plan and are now members with regular service from people who take the time to listen. It’s good advice when you’re growing up and it’s good advice when you’re a homeowner in Charleston; if there is an issue, you should always Call Dad!
