Joey Lupton did a fantastic job! I think a lot can be said for a company that's been in business as long as Smoak's. They know how to hire good technicians, they set up good practices that ensure quality and have a large enough enterprise to give the customer support that's needed. Remember .... you get what you pay for!
Honest company! I have my 14y/o unit maintained by Smoaks. I had a maintenance preformed a week previous to my unit going down. When you are enrolled in the maintenance program you get 1st dibs on emergency services. The technician came out and discovered it was a bad capacitor, the wire was loose and the connection burned as a result. He said it was probably a technician error from the previous service. He could have just not told me I never would have known. I was flabbergasted! A company that is honest! A company that provides good service at a fair price! Absolutely love these guys! I will be buying a new system from them in the near future!
We had a water heater failure with leaking, so we were totally without any water overnight. Smoak responded quickly to my call the following morning and had a service truck here within a couple of hours. Although expensive as such work always is nowadays, the job was done carefully and successfully, and Im very happy with the results.
Smokes Comfort Control did a system installation for me in the dead heat of Charleston Summer . They were booking service calls out a week ahead of time. The installation was professional. The minute the installers arrived, they were going to it in this heat. The installation was perfect ! My experience with Smokes was top notch ! I will be a long time customer of Smokes. Good quality equipment hard working employees and a all arroung good experience !
