I had an absolutely fantastic experience with anchor Heating and Air. I had a problem with my air handler in the attic where inbound and outbound ductwork was condensating excessively. My system was not running efficiently due to leaks and needed repair prior to switching back over to the air conditioner. A competitor that I was using over the past year gave me a quote and failed to schedule an appointment to fix the problem. This is when I called Anchor. I spoke to Stephanie on December 31st and she explained how Anchor does business. I was impressed that she scheduled me for a 7 January appointment at which time Cody and Dakota came out took measurements, explained what needed to be done, and provided me a estimate no later than a few hours later. Upon accepting the quote, they scheduled me for the following day, where Pat and Haligh showed up bright and early the next day, and tackled that task at hand. Pat even went above and beyond by performing preventive maintenance on my exterior unit. Anchor Heating and Air comes off as a professional business and their employees are proud of what they do, and how they go about doing it. “Customer Service” seems to be a forgotten trade, but not with Anchor Heating and Air!
I will share this company with everyone I know and love. They turned our horrible situation into a wonderful experience. From the first phone call, to the gentleman Robbie with the estimate, to the two workers who replaced our air conditioner. They get two thumbs up , and if I could add five more stars, I would!! So pleasant, So thoughtful, So professional, So clean, so caring and so quick ! I can go on and on about our experience. Efficient and Experienced indeed!!! We won’t be using anyone else from now on! Anchor Heating and Air are the best! Kevin our service tech went out of his way to do an excellent job with our heat pump repair. He was an excellent communicator and technician and saved us a lot of money by repairing our system rather than trying to sell us a new one. The best service and price! Will definitely call again when service is needed...highly recommended!
Highly recommend Anchor. They keep up with your AC maintenance and always have a cheerful scheduler to text you reminders, schedule, and reschedule if you need! Shout out to Jeffrey Hoppe, who conducted our maintenance performance on all 5 AC units. He knew I had to leave the house for an appointment, therefore called for backup, Ryan. They were incredibly professional, kind and generous of my time, wore booties in/out to prevent pollen from tracking in the house, and conducted a thorough exam of our units. Jeffrey was so patient and offered solutions where he could. I could not be more thankful of this friendly company! Right before he left, he mentioned how much he loves to work for Anchor and it surely shows! Very reliable company my husband and I recommend.
