Unbelievable in every way! Food was amazing, Sarah was an incredibly gracious server who made our experience so special, and the chef even prepared some fresh croissants for us (when he so easily could have just said, ‘Sorry, we’re out!’) It’s difficult to find high quality food and service these days— do not skip on this place! It is a gem! Oh, and you absolutely must get the crab soup and crab cake! Some of the best crab I’ve had! Thank you all so much!

We went for our anniversary. Our server Lexi was great & all of the staff were very friendly & attentive! Ordered the Pirlou & so glad we did. They were great with my gluten allergy & even had chocolate flourless cake.

We had the joy of celebrating our anniversary trip here. They greeted us knowing it was anniversary and we received a card and champagne to celebrate. The chicken and venison were both very enjoyable. The best part to us was the octopus appetizer. Absolutely wonderful flavor!
The atmosphere was modern and we enjoyed looking at all the art.
Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable.

Made a last-minute decision to eat here (read: no reservation required) and WOW what a great spot! We had a little table by a window and the BEST server, Haley! Every dish we had was a creative blend of bold flavor and traditional southern dishes.
Jimmy red cornmeal fried oysters - YUM
SHE CRAB soup: apparently top 5 in Charleston? I get it. It’s creamy, buttery, sherry cuts through with brightness, a spice lends an exotic flare..nice little crab lumps throughout.
Halibut - pretty rainbow presentation and hella delish . Pirlou served up in a rice bowl with black painted squid ink? Had a Japanese feel with distinctive low country seafood flavors
Okra side dish: really good and could definitely replicate at home
Key lime -WOW- zest on top super light texture great graham crust..blackberry coulis for the WIN
The food was gorgeous and delicious! The Pirlou was absolutely amazing and the filet mignon was the most perfect steak I’ve ever had. The foie gras had pop rocks in it and it was so unique and absolutely amazing. The shecrab soup was super yummy and creamy. And the cheesecake and crème brûlée for desert were perfection. But the best part of the meal was Matt the server. He made our experience super special and definitely made our evening special. They were also accommodating to me being in a wheelchair and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Matt is a shining star and the restaurant and the food were amazing! We can’t wait to come back!
