My girlfriend loved it. Great entrance beautiful plants great courtyard. My girlfriend just talked on and on about how much she liked the way Kim Jones cut her hair and how nice a person she was. Best salon in Charleston maybe the state. Great experience

Alayna is such an awesome hair stylist. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. She knew exactly what I wanted out of color and a haircut before I did. She even took the time to show me how to style my new hair style and suggest many wonderful products that I ended up buying and loving as well. I would recommend her to anyone and I can't wait for my next appointment!

I tried 2 other salons downtown and was very dissatisfied with their services. I was hoping for a solution. Alyana listened to my concerns and I’m happy with the results. She even managed to schedule me in again before the holidays! I look forward to coming back...I finally feel have peace of mind!!

I’ve always struggled to find a good hairstylist and after many failed attempts I came to Serendipity and was completely blown away. Brian, my stylist, has always done an amazing job on my hair. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go anywhere else!

A gorgeous little nook with the most delightful atmosphere, decor and staff! Fun, courteous, relaxed and professional salon with a touch of hip and lavish retro class galore. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for creative and/or professional career stylists, they have a bit of both worlds and are marvelous!
